Carrie Beth far exceeded all of our expectations for a realtor. Throughout the entire home buying process, Carrie Beth went above and beyond what was required of her. From the initial meetings, she made sure to listen to our preferences, answer all of our questions, and provide guidance that fit our needs. We first came to Carrie Beth for help buying a house on July 15th, 2021. We told her that we wanted to find a home near the plaza, Westport, or Ward Parkway Shopping Center, go under contract for less than the value of the home, and move in within 5-6 weeks. Given the current market conditions, these preferences would have seemed unsatisfiable. But, because of Carrie Beth’s skillset and expertise, we were able to meet all of these requests. Each time we would see a house, Carrie Beth was able to provide advice about how that home fit our preferences that we otherwise would not have recognized. For example, Carrie Beth was able to point out issues with the foundation, drainage, remodel potential, and weather damage that we would have missed. When we found the right house for our needs, Carrie Beth wrote an offer that allowed us to beat out about a dozen other bids. Once we went under contract, she negotiated an occupancy prior to closing that allowed us to move in within the short time frame that we had originally discussed. Even after moving in, Carrie Beth stayed on top of all of the paperwork, inspections, and negotiations that still needed to take place and put our minds at ease. The entire process went about as well as we could have imagined because of Carrie Beth’s help. Carrie Beth recognized the significance of our decision to buy a house and treated us like family, as opposed to just another client. She identified areas where we were feeling confused or stressed and made it a priority to talk us through it.
